Annotation
WCPFC21 tasked TCC to commence work from 2025 on a framework for assessing impracticability, building on WCPFC-TCC20-2024-DP07 (delegation paper from the Marshall Islands).
WCPFC22 noted support for further consideration of delegation papers during 2026 and at TCC22, with a view to further consideration by the Commission at WCPFC23, and tasked the Secretariat to publish and maintain a yearly list of vessels engaged in high-seas transhipment (WCPFC22 Summary Report paragraph 516).
