Annotation
WCPF Convention Article 14.1(c) sets out the third core function of the Technical and Compliance Committee: review the implementation of cooperative measures for monitoring, control, surveillance an enforcement adopted by the Commission and make such recommendations to the Commission as may be necessary.
The TCC Workplan 2025-2027 groups specific tasks for 2026 under this Art 14.1(c), and these are considered at TCC22 under this agenda item.
