TCC22 will conduct the annual paragraph 13 review of the compiled Part 2 / enforcement information, including whether the Annex 2 additions agreed after TCC21 are producing enough detail to tell fins-naturally-attached fleets from alternative-measure fleets, and whether the alternatives are enforceable in practice. This information is classified as Level 2-Secure, and available only to registered TCC22 participants.
