Annotation
WCPFC-TCC22-2026-RP03 contains the required annual report to TCC on transhipment reporting, including high-seas activities. WCPFC22 tasked the Secretariat to publish and maintain on the website a *list of vessels engaged in high-seas transhipment by year (see WCPFC22 Summary Report, paragraph 516) and noted support for further consideration at TCC22 of delegation papers to address other aspects of CMM 2009-06.
