20th Regular Session of the Scientific Committee

Since 2012, the ISC has conducted the benchmark stock assessment of Pacific bluefin tuna every four years, and an updated assessment is in the middle of the consecutive benchmark assessments. According to the MOU between WCPFC and ISC, SC20 will consider scientific information and advice received from the ISC.
