Agenda Item 5.3 Update on Independent Review of Article 30 Implementation

The Commission will receive an update from the Independent Panel on its progress since July 2026 on the review of the Commission’s implementation of Article 30. The Commission may provide advice and input to the Independent Panel to inform its report, due to the Secretariat at the end of June 2027.
