The TCC Workplan 2025–2027, which the Commission agreed the Chair would revise and circulate in early 2026 (WCPFC22 Summary Report paragraph 643), includes work on guidelines for observer participation in closed meetings of the Commission and its subsidiary bodies that consider the CMR.
