CMM 2023-04 paragraph 6 tasks TCC to prepare a provisional list of obligations for the following year’s CMS, using a risk-based approach as possible guidance. WCPFC22 adopted the list for the 2026 CMS. WCPFC-TCC22-2026-19 contains the proposed list of obligations for the 2027 CMS, covering the 2026 Reporting Year. TCC22 will review the proposed list and make a recommendation to the Commission for consideration at WCPFC23.
