TCC22 will give early consideration of implementation readiness, noting that the CMM will enter into force in 2028. Consideration will include review of draft audit points and HSBI guidance. WCPFC22 tasked the HSBI Working Group to develop a new Voluntary HSBI Guide for CMM 2024-04.
