21st Regular Session of the Technical and Compliance Committee

Consideration of the Special Requirements of Developing States pursuant to Part VIII of the Convention is a standing agenda item on the provisional agenda (see Rule 2(h) of the WCPFC Rules of Procedure). 

The TCC Workplan 2025-2027 contains a list of possible areas of support to build capacity of SIDS. TCC21 will consider relevant information and make recommendations to the Commission.

TCC21 will review requests for capacity development assistance from developing states and territories, that have been identified through annual reporting and the CMS, for inclusion into the WCPFC Strategic Investment Plan.
