Agenda Item 3.3.1 Review of an observer training project for elasmobranch biological sampling (Project 109)

WCPFC17 (2020) endorsed this observer training project, but implementing this project was deferred due to the COVID-19 pandemic and travel restrictions. This project will be terminated by the end of 2024. SC20 will review the project report and provide any comments or actions as needed.
